3 furnished, bright basement bedrooms are available in a 5 bedroom student home. Looking for 3 clean and responsible UPEI students, to share the house with 2 other UPEI students. The home is a 15 minute walk to UPEI, close to Atlantic Superstore and it's across the street from a bus stop. It is very close to Queen Elizabeth Park and the water. The house has 1 full bathroom, and two half bathrooms. There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. References and tenant insurance are required. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind. No pets. Students will be responsible for participating in house cleaning chores. The lease will be for 12 months, starting August 1st. With the opportunity to renew yearly after that. One of the bedrooms will be available earlier. The cost of utilities is extra. No sharing of bedrooms.
