Communal areas ARE furnished. Tenant must be clean and quiet, take care of your room and clean up after yourself in all common areas. Looking for someone who is a full-time student or works full time outside the home. House will be shared with 1 female student full time and 1 female will be there part time (1-2 days a week). Excellent home, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax/study. Rent includes: • Heat • Lights • Internet • Waste removal • Water • Laundry • Snow removal • Large back yard Must love dogs! One in home part time and no other pets allowed. No parties, no smoking indoors, and no overnight guests. Female only. Available- September 1st, 2025. 3-month lease or longer required. Room is available until May, 2026 with possible extension. Damage deposit, rental insurance and references required.
