One room for rent in a quiet 3-bedroom bungalow in Sherwood. 5-minute drive to UPEI/ 40-minute walk.

Room comes fully furnished with queen size bed, 2 side tables and a large closet. Communal areas are also furnished. All you need to bring is bedding!

Tenant much be clean and quiet, take care of your room and clean up after yourself in all common areas.

House will be shared with 1 female (and her partner the odd time)Rent includes:

·         Heat

·         Lights

·         Internet

·         Waste removal

·         Water

·         Laundry

·         Snow removal

·         Large back yard

*Must love dogs! One in home and no other pets allowed.

*No parties, no smoking indoors, and no overnight guests.

*Female only.

3-month lease with month to month extension.
