Price: $800 - Electricity is split between roommates. The house is energy efficient and uses solar, so costs are very reasonable. Electricity averages approximately $20 total/month in the summer and $100 total/month in the winter before being divided between roommates. - Wi-Fi is $20 per person/month

• Two female third-year DVM students at AVC looking for a third roommate to join us in our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse

• Located in quiet, well-maintained HOA neighborhood

• Townhouse is new, fully furnished, decorated and very move-in ready. You would only need to bring yourself and your personal belongings

• House includes: - 3 bedrooms - 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom - Living room and dining room Fully equipped kitchen with appliances - Finished rec room used as a home gym, dog training space, and guest room - In-unit washer and dryer - Storage room and plenty of additional closet storage - Garage with parking, storage, and a deep freeze - Large backyard and back patio - Heat pump, in-floor heating, and air conditioning - Solar panels and well water - Printer and smart home devices - TV with streaming services Your bedroom has a large closet with shelving and can come furnished. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, the existing furniture can easily be moved into storage! There is parking for three vehicles, additional street parking for guests, and the option to park in the garage during the winter. Close to amenities, walking trails, and a bus stop

• We have three dogs in the home: - Two Papillons (11yo and 12yo) who are competitive sport dogs and non-shedding - One 4yo Lab mix who is low-shedding The dogs are clean, well-trained, very friendly and an important part of our household. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional pets. A student is preferred, with another veterinary student being an especially great fit, although we are also open to other students or young professionals.

• The lease is month-to-month. Ideally, we would love to find someone interested in staying longer term, but we are also open to someone looking for housing until the end of this school year.
