Furniture: Each room is furnished with a bed, mattress and mattress protector, a desk, chair and chair mat, and a lamp for proper lighting Fixed-Term Lease only – if you would like to continue living at the property after the end of your fixed term, you are required to obtain approval from the building owner and the property manager. At the end of your fixed-term lease, with approval from Red Sands, you may be permitted to reserve your room for the upcoming academic year by paying a reduced fee of $100/month during the summer months. Upon approval, you may leave your personal belongings in storage at the property until you return for the next semester. With Red Sands' approval, you may also be permitted to sign a new fixed-term lease and continue renting the unit over the summer months.
