A furnished bedroom and private bathroom with a shared kitchen and dinning area. It is the lower level of a split entry house. We have a beautiful view and lots of places to walk/bike. It is only 1 minute from the beach. We have a few cows and some sheep on the property and a small orchard.

No smoking, quiet in the evening and night (we have kids)
