The room includes a bed with bedding and pillows, nightstand, dresser, lamp, and space for a TV if desired. The apartment has a small shared kitchen with dishware, cutlery, an air fryer, and a rice cooker, plus shared storage under the sink. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and shared storage The living room offers a comfortable couch, dining table, and small TV. A small closet with additional storage is also available. Coin laundry is located on the lower level

There is no parking included; this rental is best suited to someone without a car

Parking space may be discussed for an additional monthly fee
