This house in Sherwood, Charlottetown, PE is available for rent from September 15, 2026 until June 30, 2027 (9 and a half months).The 11-room house is suitable for a small family (NOT students). The Royalty Crossing Mall, Sherwood Elementary School and the Cody Banks Arena (Sportsplex) are each located within a 7-minute walk. Mulberry Park is a stone’s throw away. The house rests on top of a hill, so: no risk of flooding from heavy rain. It is fully furnished, with a split-level entry, spread over 0.2 hectares, a private back yard and mature trees – oaks, maples, cherry, – all round, and a single car garage (with separate entry).

The house has a spacious wooden-floored open-plan living and dining area (with south facing window, a boon in winter); ceramic tiled kitchen with island; two washrooms, one with a shower and one with a full bath; and liveable downstairs quarters, with a laundry room, and a large family/TV room.
