Seeking to rent a fully furnished bedroom in my modest 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. I am a single 36-year-old man without children, and I maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Please note that the space is limited, and this arrangement will feel more like a roommate situation rather than a traditional landlord-tenant dynamic, as we will be sharing common areas.

The property is located in a scenic area of Mermaid, just 15 minutes from town, featuring beautiful water views and ample green space.  

I have a cat that has not been exposed to other pets before, but I am open to discussing the possibility of accommodating additional pets under specific circumstances.

No smoking inside, no partying, no long term or frequent overnight guests.
