There are two cats in the apt so can't have allergies, will not be accepting more animals. Coin operated laundry machines ($2/wash & $2/dry) are in the building (not in the apt). street parking only unless there's a visitors spot available. several bus routes available nearby. grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants all walking distance. There are stairs to get into the apt, not disable friendly.
