Four Rooms Available

4 rooms available for rent for the fall in a safe, well maintained, fully furnished and equipped, non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, 6 bedroom house, close to UPEI and the Atlantic Veterinary College and a short bus ride to Holland College. Rent is $700 per month and includes all utilities, wifi, washer and dryer, etc. Snow clearing is not included but shovels and a small snow blower are available. We only rent to responsible female students with solid references and seek students who are willing to share house responsibilities. Monthly cleaning of common areas is provided. Parking available up to 5 cars. Lease runs from September 1 to May 31. Security/ damage deposit of $700, a signed lease, proof of enrollment and references are required to secure a room
