Steele The View ("STV") is a newish (2020), designer grade, fully furnished, custom built 3 bed, 2 bath home in Brackley (off Britain Shores Road) available for rent from September 1, 2025 to June 15, 2026.  

The maximum occupancy is 3 people and that will be set out in the Lease Agreement. 

Price is $2,500 all inclusive (heat, lights, laundry facilities & wifi).

You will find yourself along the shores of Brackley Bay, a 15-minute drive from the airport, 5 minutes to the National Park, and 20 minutes to downtown Charlottetown. 

Driveway snow removal is split between tenant and owner ($300 each per season).

As all the linens, towels, and Weber BBQ are included, you really just need to unpack and enjoy!

One pet considered for additional monthly nominal fee.
