Price: Smaller room is $533 & larger room is $564, utilities not included

Utilities are split 5 ways by members of the house and average out to be about $115 per month. That includes heat, electricity and wifi

References Required - Also have a roommate compatibility survey to be completed

No smoking, vaping, or drug use in the house or on grounds. No large parties. Tenants share common spaces and also share in cleaning duties.

Grass cutting and snow removal are also shared responsibilities

Cleanliness is important. Members of the house have come from all over the world and are very good tenants and roommates. They are respectful, studious and cooperative on a regular basis

All rooms are simply furnished with single beds, closets and desks with a chair. We have an onsite laundry washing machine and dryer. Two fridges in the kitchen. A bathroom for downstairs and a bathroom for upstairs (all shared). A common living room with seating. A kitchen table with chairs and a door leading outside to our back deck and large backyard
