owner occupied house in Stratford
The house is located approximately 5 minutes from Holland College and 10 minutes to UPEI, with a bus stop and parking right on the property.
Includes various updates and is kept very neat and clean. Prefer to rent to female students or working professionals
No pets permitted. I'm a very clean, friendly, and busy individual working full-time and starting my master's in September.
Lease: available after June 25th, with flexible lease dates/lengths available
Availability: There are currently two rooms available upstairs. The third room upstairs is kept empty. Owner resides in the room downstairs where the other washroom is located
At one time, there would be a maximum of 3 people residing on the property
