2 furnished rooms with private living space.  There will be an area with their own fridge and some kitchen appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate ect.  Main kitchen and bathroom is shared. We have a dog with a beautiful yard and covered front porch for the perfect study spot on a nice day
