One month damage deposit required. Rent is paid on the 1st of every month. Lease is September 1st - April 30th, and can be extended.
No smoking, vaping, or partying on the property.

Homes are fully furnished and include wifi, washer/dryer, lights, heat, property care, snow removal. Tenant is responsible to shovel their own deck and driveway.
Male only (the other rooms have 3 UPEI male students in the Business Program).
Shared room with bunk bed, desk, chair, nightstand.
