Located in Blooming Point, so a prospective tenant would need to have their own vehicle. We have a very small one bedroom apartment, which is suitable for one person only. It is a private apartment with a full kitchen and bath. The rent is $750 a month with everything included with free laundry access. The unit is attached to the house that my husband and I occupy.
